Abzetal Nig Ltd Purchase Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance: By fulfilling an order from Abzetal Nig Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), the Vendor agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. All goods and services supplied must strictly conform to the specifications, quantities, and descriptions stated in the approved Purchase Order or Purchase Contract.

3. Delivery timelines are binding. Any anticipated delay must be formally communicated in writing and approved by Abzetal Nig Ltd prior to the delivery date.

4. Abzetal Nig Ltd reserves the right to inspect, accept, or reject goods or services that do not meet agreed specifications, quality standards, or contractual terms.

5. Prices stated are final unless otherwise agreed in writing and must be exclusive or inclusive of applicable taxes as clearly stated on the Purchase Order.

6. Payment shall be processed in accordance with agreed payment terms, subject to satisfactory delivery, verification, and submission of valid supporting documents.

7. Abzetal Nig Ltd shall not be liable for any costs or expenses incurred by the Vendor without an approved Purchase Order or written authorization.

8. All transactions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
