General Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern all procurement transactions initiated by Abzetal Nig. Ltd. and shall apply to all Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, and related supply engagements.
1. Scope of Supply
All goods and services supplied must strictly conform to the specifications, quantities, quality standards, and timelines stated in the Purchase Order. Any deviation must be formally communicated and approved in writing before execution.
2. Delivery Requirements
Vendors are required to ensure proper handling, packaging, and transportation of all items to prevent damage. All deliveries must be accompanied by a Delivery Note, Invoice, and relevant certifications (where applicable). Partial deliveries must be pre-approved.
3. Inspection & Acceptance
All delivered items are subject to inspection and verification by Abzetal Nig. Ltd. prior to acceptance. Items found to be defective, non-compliant, or inconsistent with the Purchase Order shall be rejected and must be replaced at the vendor’s cost.
4. Payment Terms
Payments shall be processed only after full delivery, inspection, and approval of all documentation. Standard payment terms range from 15 to 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any discrepancy in documentation may delay payment processing.
5. Warranty & After-Sales Support
Vendors shall provide warranties for supplied goods and must offer after-sales support where applicable. Warranty periods and conditions must be clearly stated on the Invoice or supporting documents.
6. Compliance & Ethics
All vendors must comply with applicable laws, safety standards, and ethical procurement practices. Abzetal Nig. Ltd. maintains a zero-tolerance policy for fraud, bribery, or any unethical conduct in the supply chain.
7. Cancellation & Amendments
Abzetal Nig. Ltd. reserves the right to amend or cancel a Purchase Order when necessary due to operational, financial, or supply chain considerations. Any cancellation shall be communicated in writing.
8. Governing Law
All procurement transactions shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
